living life one word at a time.

For me, poetry isn’t simply expression, but rather the method in which to collect myself and piece me back together; my poetry is an amalgamation of who I’ve been, who I am and who I might become.

Many Countries, A Few Photos

Hii!

Happy new year!

The start of a new year is a time when people make promises and resolutions for the coming year, and while I do have goals set for my self, I want to take this opportunity to reflect and recap on a part of this past year!

When I started this blog, my goal was to write more, and to take more photos, so that I could nurture my passion for both these things. So far I’ve been able to use this blog to write and share my writing, however I haven’t dabbled in photography yet. In an attempt to do so, I’ve compiled pictures that I took over this past year that I’m incredibly proud of in order to sort of recap this year.

I’m also planning to do a recap of pictures I’ve taken and am proud of more often, to kind of force my hand at taking more pictures!

So without further ado, here they are!

Well, that was it! There are many more I took, and I really did have a hard time narrowing them down, but this is it! I hope you liked them!

I also hope that you’ve had a great 2017, and I wish you all the best for 2018! I hope that you get the chance to do everything you want to, that 2018 is a productive year, and that you get the opportunities to try new things and expand your horizons!

Happy New Year!

Wishing you all the best for 2018,
